Due to the nature of graded and collectible items, all returns and refunds are subject to the conditions below.


Return Timeframe

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your item.

  • Any request made after this period may be refused.

To initiate a return, please contact us first via email with your order number and details of the issue.


Eligible Reasons for Return

We accept returns only in the following circumstances:

  • The item received is not the item shown or described

  • The item was damaged in transit

  • The item has a verifiable authenticity or grading issue

  • The item was supplied incorrectly due to an error on our part

All claims must be supported with clear evidence (photos/videos where applicable).


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Personal preference (“I don’t like it”)

  • Price changes after purchase

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Items removed from their protective case or tampered with

All graded cards are sold exactly as shown and described. Please review images and descriptions carefully before purchasing.


Condition of Returned Items

If a return is approved:

  • Items must be returned in the exact condition received

  • Graded cards must remain sealed in their original slab

  • Any tampering, damage, or alteration will void the return


Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

If an issue arises, we encourage customers to contact us directly first.
We are committed to resolving genuine issues fairly and professionally.

Fraudulent claims, abuse of the returns process, or false damage reports will not be accepted.
